When are we open?
We are open 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday.
Our hours on Monday to Fridays – open 8:00am; closed 5:30pm
Saturdays – open 8:00am; closed 3:00pm
Unfortunately, we are closed on Public Holidays. We apologies for any inconvenience as we may extend closing hours over some public holidays such as Christmas/New year breaks to be able to send some good family time.
Do we accept card payments?
Yes, we except payments by card. We are able to process eftpos payment, and credit card (Visa and MasterCard only). Unfortunately, due to the high fees by AMEX, we are unable to accept AMEX payments.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have 1 parking space available on the premise. If you have heavy or large items, we encourage you to park on the premise so that it is easier for you to move items. Alternatively, parking is also available on Metcalfe Avenue. You can also access the store via Metcalfe Avenue (gate entrance).
Is same day service possible?
Yes, same day service is possible for most services if you see us before 10am. However, it is not impossible to provide same day service if you come after 10am. Please come and see us at our shop and we will let you know if same day service is possible.
